Tom Unger, APR, ABC, CTM, Fellow PRSA has more than 35 years’ experience in journalism, corporate communications and public relations as a strategic communications leader. His list of specialties is unparalleled, including media relations, employee communications, speech writing, news writing, editing, photography, desktop layout, public speaking, and strategic planning.
Accredited by BOTH the Public Relations Society of America and the International Association of Business Communicators, Unger has also led the PRSA Portland Chapter’s mentorship program. He’s won this chapter’s highest award, the William W. Marsh Lifetime Achievement award, as well as a similar award from OCIABC, the Rodney Adair Memorial award. In addition, Unger has been inducted into the PRSA College of Fellows.
