TEC Equipment, the west’s premier, multi-point, full-service, heavy-duty truck dealership based in Portland, OR is a growing company with over 1,100 employees in 22 locations in the West. To further support our growth and strengthen our brand, we are seeking a Digital MarCom Coordinator with strong marketing savvy and an analytical mindset to coordinate and administer marketing and communication efforts for all digital media. This is a newlycreated position and a great opportunity for candidates who will value the opportunity to play an important role with an industry leader, with the opportunity to contribute immediately in helping to guide and improve our digital presence and performance.

Under the direction of the Director of Marketing, the Digital MarCom Coordinator will be responsible for executing and maintaining the planning/strategy for the following areas:

  • External website and intranet
  • SEM and SEO
  • Digital marketing
  • Social media
  • Promotional fulfillment (e.g., online merchandising, event support, etc.)
  • Internal department support (e.g., marketing services, program and process coordination, etc.)
  • Database management (e.g., advertising, promotions, sales leads, etc.)

Key responsibilities will include content management, tracking, analyzing, and KPI/ROI reporting.

In this position you will also support, coordinate, and implement a variety of special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience or education equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, and or related field
  • Minimum two years’ experience in marketing and/or communications coordinator role with solid knowledge of marketing/communications principles and practices, particularly in a digital realm
  • Experience creating and/or producing content for B2B including online writing, editing, and proofreading
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SEO and SEM
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Basic graphic design skills using the Adobe Creative Suite is a plus!
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, CMS systems, database management, and digital media tools
  • Strong project management skills; successful experience managing a variety of projects and tasks
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and background check
