The Manager, Public Relations is accountable for developing effective relationships and communication between FamilyCare and its public constituencies or audiences. The manager is also responsible for establishing networks that gather intelligence so management is informed accurately of the values and attitudes of their publics. In addition, the Manager, Public Relations must create communications that clearly inform and reach out to our audiences our goals and objectives. The Manager, Public Relations is accountable to act as a counselor to management helping to translate FamilyCare aims into positive public acceptance. Last, the Manager, Public Relations must react quickly and effectively to external negative threats to the company’s reputation or image.
