What is the most rewarding part of your PRSA membership?
The opportunity to be part of a professional community that supports not only my career, but personal growth is priceless. Mentors like PRSA member Barbara Kerr, APR, have been vital to my ability to move forward, enjoy lifelong learning and serve as a mentor to others.Describe a powerful PR lesson you learned in the last year.
Don’t let fear of the unknown stop you. Ever. I helped Riverview Community Bank build and launch their social media program, despite considerable skepticism as to whether the investment would be worthwhile. The bank’s successful Facebook campaign to create awareness and help local families in need demonstrates what is possible through good strategy. I am now developing OBA’s first-ever social media program.Email firstname.lastname@example.org to recommend an outstanding PR or communications colleague for the Member Profile spotlight!
